I sculpted these sail-powered dunebuggies a while ago for Aberrant Games. They are now available for pre-order on their site. Look for shotgun toting, bikernuns on harleys, and other post-apocalyptic fun in the near future.

Just finished another figure for a start-up company called Ground Pounder. They are working on a skirmish game set in a gritty, war-torn future – not your basic ‘elves in space’. Hop on over and take a look in the forums or news for concept sketches and figures [some by me].

Jason at Ground Pounder is getting art to me for another figure even as I write this so I’ll be working on that in the next few days.

I have been working on this one for a while, off and on, and finally got him finished. As you can see, he is a hammerhead shark – specifically a Great Hammerhead [Sphyrna Mokarran]. From nose to tail tip, he is 75 mm long, so at 30 mm = 6 feet, that would make him about 13.5 scale feet long, so quite a large shark, but not the biggest Great Hammerhead on record [20 feet, according to that most accurate and illustrious source Wikipedia].

I may end up sculpting some more sharks of different sorts. Some probably using this guy as a base to save time. There are several species that are in the same size range and with similar body type that I could do quickly by changing head, fins and a few other minor details. So if he sells well that could all happen.

The base is 24 mm tall and features a fair selection of coral and other marine life. Look for the large octopus under the rock, as well as a moray eel eying up a tentacle.

Armorcast bought this sculpt, so you should see it in their store [not the Baelor Store] in coming weeks. I’ll post a link to it from here.

I have another figure coming out soon via the Armorcast Store. I won’t say what it is yet, but I will say it is not a Mark or Zone Effect, but an actual figure of a creature. I have it on good authority that the master cast is made and the production molds are happening even as I write this.

More to follow. For those curious about the identity of the figure, let’s just say that it will stop the opposition in their tracks!

I’ll let you know when it hits the shelves.

Update: the figure mentioned above is now available and listed in the Baelor store. Now we just need a picture.

Another Update: Picture is up, although the pic does not do the fig justice. Steve said he was going to take some more shots and put the best one up. Yay, Steve!

I have completed 3 more Zone Effects – Plant, Lightning and Ice. They are currently en-route to Armorcast, where they will throw them in molds and sell the casts in the fullness of time. I’ll let you know when they show up in the Armorcast store.

For use in the current edition of the world’s most popular RPG, or any game that requires several 1 inch square stone wall sections, this pack includes 8 segments. Not pictures is the other side of the wall, which is detailed differently for a more realistic look.

Available at the Baelor Armorcast store.

An accessory for the current edition of the world’s most popular RPG, the Bloodied Base is designed to go under the base of just about any Medium or smaller figure as a visual notice that it is Bloodied. You can use a little blue-tac to keep the base attached and easy to move with the figure.

Sculpted with an attractive cobblestone pattern, the Bloodied Base has a row of raised hearts around the edge, so you know at a glance what it means. Add a little red paint and the Bloodied characters will really stand out. No more having to mentally track which characters and NPCs are bloodied, the Bloodied Base makes it easy!

Available in packs of 5 from Armorcast. [Bases sold unpainted]

Great for 4E!

Also useful for mist, fog and spirit effects in the latest edition of the world’s most popular RPG.

These are available, along with Zone Effects – Flame and a growing selection of minis and other game aids, at my store on the Armorcast site.

I started sculpting three more Zone Effects today. Should be done tomorrow or Wednesday, and with any luck, I might even be able to post some decent pictures. The ones I am working on are – Plant, Lightning, and Ice.

The first of the next batch of Zone and other Effects for the current edition of the World’s biggest RPG, is available in the Armorcast Store.

No pictures as of yet, but stayed tuned for pics, the bloodied base, and the marks.
